INITIAL CONSULTATION
Contact us through our online form. We will reach out to you. Our process begins with an initial consultation to get an idea of your brand and the goals you have as a company. During this meeting, we will discuss your objectives, target audience, key messages, budget, and timeline for the project. We may also ask questions to clarify your needs and preferences.

PROPOSAL AND AGREEMENT
Based on the initial consultation, we will prepare a proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and cost estimates. Once you approve the proposal, we will sign a formal agreement or contract that details the terms and conditions of the project.

THE PRE-PRODUCTION PLANNING
This phase involves detailed planning and preparation before the actual filming begins. Tasks during pre-production may include scriptwriting, storyboarding, location scouting, casting actors or presenters, organizing permits and logistics, creating shot lists and schedules, and coordinating with you to ensure alignment with your vision.

PRODUCTION
Production begins once pre-production tasks are complete and everything is in place. This stage involves capturing footage. Depending on the project, production may involve filming interviews, scenes, testimonials, product demonstrations, or events. We will manage the filming process, including directing talent, managing equipment, and ensuring a smooth production workflow.

POST-PRODUCTION
After filming is complete, the focus shifts to post-production. This is when the raw footage is edited, enhanced, and finalized. This stage includes tasks such as video editing, color correction, sound design, adding music and graphics, visual effects, and motion graphics. We will work closely with you to incorporate feedback and revisions until the final video meets your expectations.

REVIEW AND APPROVAL
Once the initial edit is complete, you will review the draft video(s) and provide feedback. This iterative process may involve multiple rounds of revisions until you are satisfied with the final product. Clear communication and collaboration between us is essential during this phase.

DELIVERY
Once the final video is approved, we will deliver the completed video files to you in the specified format(s). Your files will be uploaded to an online gallery for you to easily access and download.
